Caramel Pumpkin Cheesecake Dessert Shots 11 of 12


On the eleventh day of Christmas…

Serves a small crowd


  • 1 (14-ounce) can pumpkin, chilled
  • 3 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese
  • 6 ounces low fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup low fat milk
  • 1/4 cup Van Gogh Dutch Caramel Vodka
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
  • Graham cracker crumbs, optional


  1. Place all ingredients except graham cracker crumbs in a blender and blend until silky.
  2. Pour into shot glasses and top each serving with a teaspoon of graham cracker crumbs.
