We welcome you to land where bones and boozes are one in the same. Bone Garden Cantina is a fascinating authentic Mexican dinning experience nestled in the warehouse district of Atlanta. INSPIRED BY DIA DE LOS MUERTOS their cantina is filled with artwork inspired by Mexico’s Day of the Dead holiday.
Upon arrival your led around several turns and corners, you will arrive at a screen door. Once you enter those door you walk into the land of dead… well not really but the inside is decorated based of a the Mexican Day of the Dead.
Not for the feint of heart but if your not easily frightened, your in store for a dinning experience like no other. The artwork is just as breath taking as their tequila menu. The Mexican dishes were as delicious as they were describe by our waitress. Our server hipped us to dishes on the menu to try and the type of margaritas that would please our pallets.
In the pictures below you can see how authentic the food was prepared and a taste that makes you forget about the huge devil hovering over your left shoulder.
The crown jewel of the night was the “Papi Chulo” margarita this beverage is a nice blend of Grapefruit and Tamarind flavor margarita served in a chilled tall glass. As shown below:
We had a blast from the time we entered the front screen door until we left. The food was tasty, drinks were on point and the artwork was to die for. Bone Garden Cantina puts you in the mind a south of the border Vortex. Which is a great thing!
